1. How long are CPR Certifications valid for?CPR certifications are valid for 2 years for First Aid/CPR/AED and meet OSHA workplace requirements, including Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. However, Bloodborne Pathogens certification is valid for 1 year.

2. Are Classes Guaranteed to take place?While we strive to avoid cancellations, we cannot guarantee that a class will meet the minimum student requirement. If a class is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify students at least 1 day in advance. Most classes do meet the minimum student requirement.

3. How can I obtain a copy of my Red Cross Certification?You can access your certification directly from the American Red Cross database by visiting this link and entering your details: Red Cross Digital Certificate

4. How do I access the online portion of my CPR blended learning class?You should have received an email with a hyperlink and instructions on how to access the Red Cross Online Learning portal. If you completed the online-only course, you can use the certificate of completion attend the corresponding hands-on class.

5. What is the Refund or Transfer Policy?At the time of registration, all students review and accept our Terms & Conditions. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we're happy to accommodate. You may reschedule your class once for a small fee; please contact us to arrange this. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made at least 7 days before the class date. However, instructor courses are non-refundable due to limited availability. If you need to transfer your class, a $35 fee applies if the transfer request is made at least 3 days prior to the class, or if you had an emergency and couldn’t attend. Transfers are not allowed within 2 days of the class. Please note that only one transfer per student is allowed, and once a transfer has been made, no refunds will be granted. No transfers or refunds will be issued once the class has started. Registration will not be accepted in person.

6. Cancellations Due to Low EnrollmentIf a course is canceled due to low enrollment, students will be notified at least 1 day in advance. Alternative class options will be offered to those affected by the cancellation.

7. Late PolicyFor blended classes, you have a 5-minute grace period, and for full-day classes, you have a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive after the allowed time, you will not be permitted to attend the class and will need to register and pay in full for another session.

8. Weather Cancellation PolicyPlease note that LifeLine Response CPR follows local school closings and county government office/library guidelines for class cancellation The school district or county where the class is held will determine if the class is canceled. If a class is held and students do not attend, registration will be forfeited, and a new registration will be required. All cancellation and transfer fees will still apply.

9. What is the return policy on AED equipment, supplies, accessories and other first aid kits and training supplies?All training equipment and supplies are Non-Refundable.
